Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 29 September 2026

By placing an order through this website or our WhatsApp number, you agree to the terms below. This site is operated by Kouselramu Padhippakham Private Limited ("Arivali").

Placing an order confirms that the details you've given are accurate and that you're authorising us to process the order and payment. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and shown inclusive of any discount applied at checkout; we may correct a genuine pricing/listing error and will let you know before charging anything different. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, e.g. if a book has gone out of stock.

Orders are prepaid: a secure payment link is sent to you (via Razorpay or Cashfree) after you place the order, and it's processed only once payment is confirmed. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking password; that's handled entirely by our payment partner.

We ship across Tamil Nadu via India Post (postal charge shown at checkout) or via parcel courier pickup (you pay the courier directly when collecting). See our Shipping page for current rates and timelines. Delivery estimates can vary due to courier/postal delays outside our control.

Because these are printed books ordered specifically against your order, we generally can't accept a return or exchange once an order has shipped, except for a genuine printing defect or a wrong item sent by us. If we cancel your order ourselves (e.g. out of stock), any payment already made is refunded in full.

All content on this website (text, logos, book cover images and design) belongs to Kouselramu Padhippakham Private Limited or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the website after a change means you accept the revised terms.
